Why should I order with ThatBlanket?
ThatBlanket uses high quality materials and top of the line printing technology to produce a vibrant and beautifully finished product. We are all about great photos and the impact that it has when printed large on our blankets. Other companies use a cheaper material and lower quality inks – That's just not us!

Are your blankets machine washable?
All the cuddles and loving your blanket gets may cause it to get a little dirty. And that's OK! Keep it clean by washing on a delicate cycle and tumble dry low. Whatever you do... don't iron, dry clean or bleach it... or feed it after midnight... j/k. Not sure why anyone would do that, but we have to say it!
Where are the blankets produced?
All of our production and printing is proudly made in the United States.
How do I order a photo blanket?
Ordering is easy! Simple find a photo you love, upload it to our website using our personalization tool, choose an orientation and cropping and you're all set! Some of our other products don't necessarily involve a photo upload, but the interface for those are just as simple and easy.
How do I know my order went through?
We always email a confirmation receipt when an order is placed. However, these receipts can sometimes be redirected to your spam or junk folder.
Please make us a "trusted sender" in your email service and add us to your safe sender list. There are several ways to do this based on your service. We want to be sure you receive all updates on your order and information on the status of your Blanket shipment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to the highly automated nature of our process, Blankets are created and dispatched as quickly as possible. This is a personalized product and in most situations ,we cannot cancel or modified an order once it has been sent to production. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing an order, if you need to make any changes.
The Legal Stuff
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, these are personalized print-on-demand items that cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. We will review your request for a replacement or refund if filed within thirty (30) days from the date the product was received. All replacement or refund requests must be submitted via an email to email@example.com. Please include a photo of the product that clearly displays the damage, blemish or defect for our team to review.
Will my information be private?
Will my credit card be secure?
ThatBlanket utilizes a secure server in all the transactions that hold sensitive information. A secure server guarantees the privacy of data transmitted through the internet, including credit card information, through an SSL protocol that encrypts the information.
Can I reprint any photo?
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This includes the right to control the making of copies. If your photograph was taken by a professional photographer, you may need to obtain a release.
How long will it take to receive my Blanket?
Most orders are generally delivered within 10-12 business days. Production times may vary if the uploaded photo does not meet our resolution requirements. Please note that during holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume. Please allow up to 12-14 business days during peak holiday seasons.
If you have not received your tracking information from us after 10 days, there might be an issue with your photo or order. Please contact us at Support@ThatBlanket.com.

My Blanket Options
What types of Blankets do you offer?
We offer Fleece and Sherpa blankets - We sourced the finest materials and use high quality printing to make sure your image looks fantastic on the printed sided of the blanket.
What size photo is acceptable?
A photo with a file size of 2mb or better will print well. We recommend using the highest image setting on your camera or phone. Using images found on the internet or small images will not likely create an aesthetically pleasing result.
What image files do you accept?
Our website accepts JPEG / JPG or PNG files.
Will my Blanket appear slightly different than my photo on my screen?
Yes, they may appear slightly different. Our high-quality commercial blanket printing process utilizes CMYK. Unlike household printers or monitors that use RGB, CMYK is a color model for ink, while RGB is how light produces color. See below:

ThatBlanket will reproduce color from your submitted photograph file as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, monitor calibration and image resolution requirements. You most likely won't notice any kind of color difference as our process is optimized to match ink to light spectrum as close as possible.
What color profile does ThatBlanket print in?
ThatBlanket recommends images using the sRGB color space. We also recommend using RGB color mode for uploaded images. Our printers default to an sRGB color profile and adjust to CMYK for printing.
How do I know if the photo I want to use is of high enough quality?
No worries. We'll tell you. When uploading your image, if the resolution size is too small you will receive a message prompting you to upload a new image. If your photo has a slight blur to the naked eye, our system will not pick this up and your Blanket will also have a slight blur.
Can I change the image I submitted after ordering?
Since most orders are transmitted to our production staff immediately upon submission, it is generally impossible to make corrections or changes once your order has been placed. Please contact us at support@ThatBlanket.com with your order number and we will do our very best to stop your order in production and update the image.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I change the delivery or billing address on my order?
Since most orders are transmitted to our production staff immediately upon submission, it is generally impossible to make corrections or changes once your order has been placed. Please contact us at support@ThatBlanket.com with your order number and updated delivery or billing address and we will do our very best to make the change for you.
Offers, Discounts, Promos
Do you offer discounts for designers, artists, influencers or photographers?
We do not normally offer those types of discounts or combined delivery options unless it is specifically part of a promotional offer or pre-approved partnership.
I cancelled my order, why haven’t I seen a refund on my credit card?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. If you do not see your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
Shipping & Tracking Details
If my order contains multiple items, how will they be delivered?
As each item is packaged and shipped individually, we will ship each item as it is completed and email you individual tracking information for each item.
Will you send me tracking information once my blanket has been shipped?
You will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your product(s) leave our facility.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by checking the inbox of the email or phone number you supplied in the checkout process. Please allow several days after your order is placed for tracking information to be available as the product is only given a shipping label after it has been produced and quality checked.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
You should receive an email confirmation shortly after you've completed your order. If you did not receive this, and you have checked your spam folder, please contact our Customer Service team at Support@ThatBlanket.com
ThatBlanket is That Gift
I would like to give my Blanket as a gift. Is the price I paid included in the shipment?
No, the price paid will not be included. To order as a gift, just specify the recipient's address in the delivery details at checkout.
Do you offer Gift certificates?
