Faces missing!!

Ive ordered before and was so pleased with my blankets..each have been done as a memorial blanket for family members after losing my husband and a son in December of 2021 both unexpectedly just two weeks apart..My last blanket ordered the corner pic had both heads missing and only their bodies showing...so aweful so disappointing to say the least...expected better quality than that!!! Phone number is on profile/billing a phone call to alert of such a issue would of been appropriate if a issue on my end..this should of been made right..it didnt look that way when I viewed before sending and completing the order...scares me to ever order again and I have more Grandchildren who would of loved to had their own created!! I was ashamed to give it to the Grandson for whom I created it for, but did ...
